ALOHA! My name is Bernard P Carvalho Jr. running for the office of Kauai County Council.
Worked for seventeen years as a civil servant, six years as a Department Head and held part-time positions in the tourism and airline industries. Had the honor to serve as the Mayor of the County of Kauai for 10 years.
Humbly asking for your support in this upcoming election! Be assured that I will bring to the table not only years of government experience, but also the heart and determination to serve the people of Kaua'i and Ni'ihau.
